This role is pivotal in supporting various operational functions, including agreement and contract administration, financial management, process improvement, and facilities support. The Operations Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our organisation.RequirementsHere's what you’ll be doing:
- Maintain accurate records of agreements and contracts with clients and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Reconcile monthly consumption data for subscriptions licensing.
- Handle billing disputes, including review, approval, and resolution.
- Process subcontractor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in developing and implementing processes to enhance revenue assurance procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide facilities support such as office maintenance and equipment procurement as needed.
- Support Sales and Operations teams with basic reporting and administrative tasks.
- Review and process supplier incentives based on established agreements.
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (desireable)
