The Role
Goals A+N is seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team in our Glendenning Office for an immediate start.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- The hiring of casual staff
- Management of staff onboarding
- Rostering the casual staff on daily rosters in line with project resource requirements
- Maintain effective communication between Project Management Team and Operations Team
- Attend and contribute to weekly operations meetings
- General administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
The successful applicant will possess the following:
- Operations Coordination experience
- Recruiting background is highly favourable
- Experience with Found U would be an advantage
- Effective time management
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Sound time management capabilities
- High level of interpersonal skills
- A can-do attitude with lateral thinking abilities
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- The ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Work well under a fast-paced environment
