A new position has arised for an Operations Coordinator. No prior experience is necessary, however we do need someone who is reliable and can commit to the role.
This role can be Full time or Part Time. Preference for full time however if we consider you for part time, we would require you to be in the office 3 -4 days a week for a minimum of 5 hours per day.

Job Responsibilities:
· Receive incoming inventories into warehouse.
· Maintaining the warehouse map
· Dispatch of goods (stock quality check and count, stock take, packing, delivery docket, organise freight/courier).
· Ensure paperwork and documentation are completed for the above
· Assembling of fittings occasionally
· General upkeep of the office/warehouse
Procurement of Items from Local Suppliers:
· Issue purchase orders and recordings
· Organise any return of goods for credit
Supporting duties:
· Supporting the Director/Managers in general duties and operations
· Supporting Procurements Administrator with inventory duties.

- Planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently yet also in a team based environment
- Basic IT skills in MS word and excel.
- Full Drivers License is highly preferable but not necessary.
