Reporting directly to the State Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and play a key role in the ongoing growth & success of the business. You will liaise with clients & subcontractors to arrange the transportation, installation and maintenance of equipment and enjoy the challenge presented by complex projects. Your commitment to providing a superior customer experience will lead to ongoing success and growth in your role.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls
- Maintain and manage hire contracts & email correspondence
- Conduct and reconcile stocktakes with our Yard team
- Liaise with transport subcontractors
- Preparation of quotes along with daily follow up
- Raise purchase orders for suppliers
Qualifications & Experience
- Current Driver’s License
- Forklift License
- Able to effectively manage your time and prioritise multiple tasks
