AddressQLD/NT Operations Coordinator
The role:
We are looking for a committed and “can-do” team player who is looking to join an energetic, supportive, and professional team as an Operations Coordinatorto ensure we meet our customer commitments efficiently and on time.
This role will operate on a full-time basis working five days a week.
Working from our Parkinson office, you will:
- Support the QLD/NT Operations team by communicating with internal and external clients to effectively assist the Ops team to hit their targets whilst also maintaining a standard of customer service.
- Reporting directly to the QLD/NT Operations Manager and assisting the Operations Coordinators and Logistic Manager to perform their duties including (but not limited to) the tasks below:
- Coordinating projects
- Markups & process drawings
- Processing projects into production
- Arranging delivery time frames
- Writing load & lift plans.
- Packing projects
- Stock control
- Receipting and arranging transport
- Assist and take ownership in maintaining accurate customer and project information in our database.
- Daily and weekly KPI cooperation relevant to the role. Actual KPI’s TBC with Operations Manager
- Active full-time communication with team players, clients, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are run fluently.
- Attend regular strategy and action meetings.
- Must be able to work in our Parkinson & Redbank office/facilities, Mon-Fri from 7 am - 5 pm
