Qualifications & experience
- Positive, self driven vibrant personality with a confident manner and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate in a strong and effective manner. A good team player with proficient computer literacy and SAP knowledge a plus.
Tasks & responsibilities
- To manage and support all Customer Service and operational related matters, including responding to all customer inquiries in an accurate and timely manner, attaining depot performances, ensuring system data integrity and accurate/prompt reporting to meet and exceed company expectation.
