$130K - $150K package (subject to experience and role)[SG1] 

Generous Bonus Structure - Paid Every 6 Months 

Fully Maintained Company Vehicle Including Fuel & E-tag 

Tools including Mobile Phone & Work Laptop Provided

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to run our end-to-end operation. 

The successful applicant will:

• Have a minimum of 3 years experience managing teams of people in a multi-site operational environment in the construction sector, or similar.
• Be a ‘hands-on’ manager who gains the respect of those around them by leading-by-example and demonstrating a ‘do whatever it takes’ attitude.
• Be an effective listener who enjoys helping staff develop and grow. 
• Enjoy holding staff accountable and willing to be held accountable!
• Be capable and proficient at planning and scheduling staff, resources and materials well in advance.
• Able to close out jobs on budget, within tight and competing timescales and to the highest standards of quality.
• Be highly organised and able to prioritise effectively and solutions focused.
• Hold a current Manual Driver's License and Construction White Card.
