We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to run our end-to-end operation.
The successful applicant will:
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience managing teams of people in a multi-site operational environment in the construction sector, or similar.
- Be a ‘hands-on’ manager who gains the respect of those around them by leading-by-example and demonstrating a ‘do whatever it takes’ attitude.
- Be an effective listener who enjoys helping staff develop and grow.
- Enjoy holding staff accountable and willing to be held accountable!
- Be capable and proficient at planning and scheduling staff, resources and materials well in advance.
- Able to close out jobs on budget, within tight and competing timescales and to the highest standards of quality.
- Be highly organised and able to prioritise effectively and solutions focused.
- Hold a current Manual Driver's License and Construction White Card.
