We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations, managing resources while ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSEQ policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations to identify hazards and implement control measures.
- Collaborate with Workshop Manager/Project Managers to optimize resource utilisation and manpower allocation.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental practices, regulations, and standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive work culture and drive team performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Proficiency in computer applications including but not limited to Microsoft Suite, including project management software.
