We are looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence as we elevate our service delivery to the next level.
The role:
As the Operations Manager at Connectiv, you will oversee day-to-day operational activities and implement best practices across the Operational department. You will play a key role in managing team performance and driving continuous improvement to support Connectiv’s objectives, growth, and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and workflow across all operational departments.
- Monitor customer onboarding, service delivery and offboarding processes.
- Manage stock procurement and inventory management.
- Oversee the production, delivery and quality of customer reporting
- Validate data for assessment and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize disruptions.
The successful candidate will possess:
- At least 5 years’ experience managing teams in a high-value service sector (preferably within the ICT).
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.
- Excellent written, oral and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated skills in employee performance management and customer relationship management.
- Proven abilities in leadership and hands-on implementation of process and technology change.
- Strong negotiation and feedback skills to influence both employees and customers towards desired outcomes.
- A passion for solving problems and thinking outside the box, preferably from a grounding in lean, Agile methodology.
- A collaborative balanced and results driven approach to ways of working with others.
- A genuine desire to develop team members to be the best they can be.
