As Operations Manager, you will provide support to a team of Business Bankers and Leaders to enable the day to day development and retention of profitable relationships with Commercial Banking clients.
You will play a key role in building our brand by engaging our clients in events, supporting our team through effective on-boarding and other people initiatives. You will be responsible for compliance with all operational business requirements and assist in efficiently managing costs.
More specifically,
You will assist leaders with on boarding new staff, such as ordering equipment and ensuring they have access to systems and monitor training completion. You will also engage in Event Management and organising customer functions. You will liaise with Commercial Banking Bankers, Analysts and Leaders and assist with strategically implementing business continuity.
You will assist management with Planning, developing, organising , implementing & directing the organisations administrative function & performance of business operational tasks such as expense management, Business Case Motor Vehicle management & stay in sync with all operational business requirements.
This is a great opportunity to passionately deliver extraordinary customer service in all internal/external dealings (including all analysis activities) and analyse and provide valuable reports to management and assistance to all team members with general reporting.
This is a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and the Group’s Occupational Health and Safety policies, all other internal Group policies and procedures, and any relevant external legislative requirements.

- Your tertiary qualifications in business or a related discipline are helpful but not essential.
