We are currently seeking a confident, driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as Operations Manager to support our Managing Director.
This role will require an individual with strong attention to detail, who has loads of initiative, displays strong organisational skills and possesses a high level of emotional intelligence. It will entail the effective and professional management of business processes on behalf of our Managing Director.
In this role the candidate will assist with tasks such as the following:
- Implementation and development of company policies and procedures
- Reviewing, improving and managing operational systems
- Employment and HR matters
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and service providers
- Property and company marketing
- Database management
- Listing and sale contracts management
- Coordination of events and community sponsorships
- Meetings management
- General duties and administration as required
