Your background will be in shed building (preferred)co-ordinating all aspects of the build process including concrete, delivery, installation, materials ordering, site co-ordination with all the trades and the customers.
Those with building experience and co-ordinating projects are welcome to apply. (Qualified trades will be highly regarded).

You will be:
- A people person able to manage trades and the general public.
- Highly developed communication skills at all levels. (essential)
- Computer literate. High level spreadsheets and planning. (essential)
- “Production Planning”. We have a formal planning system. (essential)
- Highly organised and systematic.
- A problem solver maintaining focus on quality and cost.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to read plans.
- A can do and get it done attitude
- High energy and positive attitude.
- Strong team management skills.
The operations role is the engine room of the business so leadership and management of this area requires maturity, strength and balance. This is a long term position with interesting work and a great team of people.
