The Role:
This role will be ideal for a candidate seeking a diverse role who enjoys a challenge and has a collaborative mindset to engage with our clients and stakeholders.
They are seeking a motivated property professional with experience stemming from either a commercial Property Management, retail management or residential Real Estate background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a mixed portfolio of Retail, Commercial & Industrial tenancies
- Conduct property inspections
- Complete condition reports
- Liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Maintenance management
- Operations & compliance management
- Relationship management
