About your new role:
This role is a key leadership role within our Adelaide and Perth sites of the business. As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for delivering on the site’s revenue performance, whilst maximising engagement and productivity of your assigned business units. Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager and in partnership with other Operations Managers, you will work towards developing and recommending strategies, tactics, procedures, policies and controls to facilitate the achievement of targeted performance.

- Leading and performance management of managers and teams ensuring activity levels and service quality is achieved
- Driving a team culture focused on knowledge sharing and teamwork achieving team targets and personal targets
- Providing technical expertise and support to managers to enhance their team performance collections and call escalation assistance

Who you are:
- A demonstrable track record of leading, mentoring and developing teams
- Previous team leadership experience from within a collections environment would be highly desirable
- Proven knowledge of debt recovery methods, tools and approaches
- A vibrant approach to managing team performance and engaging with individuals to achieve consistently positive outcomes
- A well-developed communication style is essential, as is the ability to build rapport, to make tough decisions and solve critical issues in a timely manner
- A high level of resilience and assertiveness
- Share a passion for results and a target driven environment
- Ability to travel between the Adelaide and Western Australia sites
