Operations Manager
Penshurst RSL is located in the heart of the Penshurst shopping precinct, 17 kilometres south of the Sydney CBD. The club provides modern facilities in a secure and friendly environment. The club has over 6,000 members, 100 gaming machines, 30 staff, brasserie on Penshurst dining and café, 3 bars, 240 seat auditorium, 2 function rooms, TAB and Keno facilities.
Due to the club’s recent success we are seeking a motivated, professional and customer service focused Operations Manager to join our team. This position has a strong focus on service, gaming and compliance, and oversees the venue's daily operations, staffing and safety.

- RSA/RCG certification

- Solid written reporting skills
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club
- Implement and manage club promotional activities
- Assist with the implementation of the club’s strategic plan
- Manage, Motivate and Lead the team
- Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming, and all other relevant legislation
- Conduct regular competitor analysis research and use findings to improve the financial strength and offerings of the club
- Conduct meetings with the management team
- Reporting directly to the club’s CEO
