An exciting opportunity has become available for an Operations Manager at the Tin Can Bay Country Club Inc. The Club consists of an 18 hole golf course & two bowls greens. After a recent renovation of the bar and gaming room, the club is going from strength to strength.
As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all staff and guests receive an outstanding hospitality experience.
You will need to be an outgoing and confident person who is able to engage with guests and promote our services and products.
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar role and will have (or be able to apply for);
- Current RMLV, RSA and RSG certificates (or willing to obtain)
- Approved Managers License (desirable)
- First Aid Certificate (desirable)
- Customer Liaison Officer training (desirable)
Responsibilities include;
- Ensure the smooth operation of the Club on a day to day basis while maintaining the Club's policies, procedures and standards.
- Undertake a pro-active approach to managing the Club's resources, and effectively deal with staff and member issues.
- Conduct on-job training and performance assessment for all staff as required.
- Applicant must be available days, nights and weekends over a 7 day roster.
- Highly developed customer service skills.
