Operations Manager

Brunel International is a leading global provider of engineering and project services, with operations in over 40 countries. We are currently seeking an experienced Operation Manager to join our client in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea - this is a FIFO opportunity. The Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business in Papua New Guinea. This includes managing staff, developing strategies and policies, and ensuring that all operational activities are carried out in accordance with local laws and regulations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that all customer requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field 
  
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role 
  
• Proven track record of successful management of operations 
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team 
  
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to business operations 
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
