This role supports our objectives by leading various activities related to TPP’s smaller clients, providing CRM support, co-ordinating a variety of activities, and assisting in improving our systems and processes.
Key outcomes of the role
This role ensures that customer needs are met through various operational activities, and that TPPW always delivers great service to them. Activities performed will support our customers in growing their businesses and help TPPW grow profitably. The successful jobholder will ensure continued high customer satisfaction through proactive and consistent attention to client needs, working with our Customer Support and other CentralNic teams to ensure issues identified and swiftly resolved. Longer term, this role will also provide the opportunity to move into more senior positions, e.g., in operations management or account management if desired.
About you
Responsible for the Leads Management process, passing selected clients to Account Managers and providing “Lead-to-Acquisition” servicing to smaller clients (i.e., timely and relevant information to support their becoming new customers)
Ensure new TPP customers are onboarded in a smooth and high quality manner
From time-to-time, contact clients directly by phone, following processes and guidelines set by the Operations or Account Management teams
Co-ordinating and administering a variety of activities supporting TPPs processes and initiatives, including (but not limited to): Data administration and cleansing, Information gathering, Documentation, Scheduling and co-ordination, Meeting administration, Continuous Improvement: Identify and help to resolve opportunities for continuous process improvement
Engage and collaborate proactively with other teams and functions in TPPW and CNIC to ensure prompt, high-quality delivery of services and products to clients at all times.
