- Ensuring daily, weekly & monthly compost production plans & cleaning schedules are met
- Looking after the pre-wet and phase 1 compost
- Monitoring and managing water dam levels
- Assisting with accurate stock takes especially straw stocks
- Assisting in SWP and risk assessment development
- Operation of machinery as per SWPs
- Ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained
- Assist in managing performance and development of team members
- Maintain compliance with all Company policies and procedures
- Ability to work under limited supervision and independently yet also work well as part of a team
- Report all incidents, accidents and near misses in accordance with the WHS
- Hands on leadership experience or potential
- Comfortable to work in an agricultural setting - Not afraid to get your hands dirty!
- Excellent communication skills
- High levels of attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise competing tasks
- High Risk (Forklift) & Front-End Loader licence (preferred)
