About the role
Reporting to the Director of Future Skills Projects, the Operations Support Officer plays a pivotal role in providing operational administration to the student management system that supports all accredited and non-accredited programs in the Future Skills division. This involves the entire student lifecycle such as student enquiries, enrolments, orientation, assessment, systems management and administrative support for course planning, delivery and evaluation via the student management system, JR+.
The position will also provide hands-on expertise in establishing student management systems course planning, maintenance and data integrity

About You
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual with excellent stakeholder management skills, who can successfully manage competing priorities. Your success will reflect your extensive computer literacy experience that is equally paired with your natural ability to exercise high levels of independence, judgement and initiative.
As the successful candidate, you will have:
Robust knowledge of regulatory frameworks within an Education environment
Proven ability to work independently and contribute to program delivery outcomes & strategic objectives within an education setting
Demonstrated hands-on approach to service provision and a strong commitment to excellent customer service
Highly developed computer literacy and ability to quickly adapt to new systems. Use of student administration systems such as Callista desired
Ability to train and upskill student administration users, including documenting processes
Strong ability to create complex reporting templates and produce data accurate reports
Experience troubleshooting system issues and providing user support
Knowledge of ASQA compliance strongly desired
