We are currently on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Operations Trainer, who enjoys getting out into stores, welcoming new franchise partners into our business, and is looking to work alongside a talented, really fun team of L&D professionals.
Reporting to the Operations Training Manager and working side-by-side with our Store Operations teams, you will be responsible for:
- Onboarding new Franchise Partners in all aspects of store operations
- End to end coordination and facilitation of the Boost New Partner Program (including both face-to-face and virtual delivery)
- Assisting with new store openings, nationally
- Partnering with Operations to improve systems and processes
- Coaching leaders to develop high performance teams and to drive the best customer experience possible
- Developing operational training material and tools
What are we looking for?
- Proven success within the retail/hospitality industry in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, and a great eye-for-detail
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A demonstrated ability working and leading in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for working in a people focused, operational capacity
- Confidence and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence

While you will be based in Melbourne, your suitcase will need to be packed, as this role requires varying amounts of intrastate and interstate travel.
