The opportunity This role will provide high-level advice and consultancy services to Service Group leadership across the Hospital and Health Service (HHS) regarding workforce and work system performance improvement. This position works closely with all Human Resource (HR) functions to define, design, develop and coordinate the delivery of effective and engaging OD and workforce performance improvement initiatives that build workforce capability and competence, and contribute to a positive, innovative and values-based workplace culture. Benefits Salary rates between $4516.20- $4837.70 p.f. Role requirement Whilst not mandatory, a relevant qualitification adult education, workplace learning, oranisational development and/or vocational learning would be highly desirable.
