Backed by significant Private Equity investment, is expanding their Australian team and seeks a Sales Development Representative with a focus on cyber security to bolster the local leadership efforts. Offering cutting-edge solutions for safeguarding enterprise data and infrastructure, they empower organisations to fortify their digital presence amidst evolving cyber threats.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing sales leads within the cyber security domain. Utilising strategic outbound prospecting methods and collaborating closely with the local team, you'll target key markets and stakeholders to bolster cyber defence strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through targeted outbound prospecting methods, including cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Nurture leads, educating them on the importance of cyber security readiness until they are primed for engagement with the sales team.
- Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to deeply understand their cyber security needs and pain points.
- Collaborate with the sales team to craft and execute tailored outreach campaigns focused on cyber security solutions.
- Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities within our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and qualification targets within the cyber security sector.
- Any Bachelor's Degree, with preference to cyber security or IT related.
- Comfort in navigating a dynamic, fast-paced environment inherent to cyber security sales.
- Resilience and a collaborative spirit to tackle complex challenges collectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying and addressing cyber security concerns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate the value proposition of cyber security solutions effectively.
- $60,000-$65,000 + Super + $85-90k uncapped OTE
