Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join our reputable real estate agency in Brisbane Northside. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. This position offers the opportunity to be an integral part of a fast-paced and client-focused environment within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the "Ambassador of First Impressions" serving as the initial point of contact for all clients.
- Warmly welcome visitors, residents, team members, and contractors and address their inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Provide proactive administrative support to the housing services team, ensuring efficiency and quality in daily operations.
- Handle correspondence tasks including managing incoming and outgoing mail, collecting and distributing keys, and generating necessary documents.
- Coordinate with contractors for appointments and renewals, update databases, and follow up on outstanding information with third parties to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the office administration area to uphold excellent standards and create a positive first impression.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
