ABOUT THE ROLEFull training will be provided to the successful candidate.
This position is initially offered on a 25 hours per week casual basis, primarily working Monday to Friday daytime - the candidate will be an experienced phone sales person, Outbound Calls only.
ABOUT YOU: This role would suit someone who has a friendly, able to work autonomously and move through files quickly and efficiently. Skills that would see you be successful for the role include:
- Professional phone manner and outgoing communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in customer facing positions
- Confidence in learning new software rostering programs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep clear records
- Other administrative duties as required
- Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate information in a clear, accurate and respectful manner to people of diverse backgrounds
