The Role
As a Family Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant, you will support 4 Solicitors. Duties include drafting legal documents and correspondence, dealing with clients, assisting with trial preparation, assisting with maintaining case files, coordinating meetings and conferences, preparation and drafting of briefs, court orders, affidavits and general admin duties.
Your Experience
You will have a minimum of 3 years Family Law Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience. You will also have very strong client service skills and organisational skills.
The Law Firm / Salary / Benefits
Well established law firm based at Surfers Paradise. 10 staff in total. Offer 1 day a week wfh after training. Hours are flexible for the right candidate. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (between $70,000-80,000 + Super).
