We’re moving forward and we want you to come along for the ride.  About the opportunity  With the introduction of the latest generation sorting technology, Australia Post has moved from an era of mechanisation to automation, where processing operations, equipment and software are closely integrated and aligned, and scanning capability provides customers with greater visibility of their freight from pick-up through to delivery. This will help us maintain our competitive advantage and provide high standards of service and delivery to meet our customers changing needs into the future.You’ll alsoBe available to work night shifts, Sunday, 11pm - 6.51am, and Tuesday - Friday, 1am - 8.51amProvide high level advice and support coordination to assist the Manager and facility staffManage the end to end processing activities of assigned shift efficiently and effectively to meet operational performance targets. Ensure adherence to an integrated production plan and participate in effective hand over procedures at start and end of shift.Drive performance and process improvement initiativesAssist in the Implementation and monitoring of all facets of Australia Post’s Diversity and OH&S Policies and ProceduresCoach and where needed conduct performance conversations About you  We’re looking for candidates that are motivated and able to bring the best out of people under their leadership.
