About the role
A patient facing role which requires involvement in the day to day running of the practice.
As the face of the practice and the first point of contact for our patients, you must have a warm, friendly, professional and understanding telephone manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You will perform reception and administration duties, support our specialist team of behavioural and developmental paediatricians alongside our supportive administrative team.
Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate.
Training and orientation will be provided with the opportunity for progress and growth in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Focussed tasks
- Answering phone calls and inquiries in a professional, punctual and friendly manner
- Scheduling appointments & managing appointment diaries
- Efficiently managing confidential patient data, work sheets, appointments, clinical files and correspondence (attention to detail is key)
- Performing general administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, mail sorting, filing and follow up patient enquiries via emails, website enquiries and voicemails
- Assisting with ad hoc administration duties as required
- Completing of end of day financial reconciliations
This is a part time (Monday to Thursday) position, the successful candidate will be required to have flexible availability with the ability to cover leave.
