A private women’s Health Specialist in Cremorne, Victoria, Australia, is currently seeking two friendly and reliable Medical Receptionists to join our team on a long-term basis starting from July 2024.
Position: 2x Part-Time Medical Receptionist Location: Cremorne, Victoria,
Training: Provided
Clinic Hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Job share, will need flexibility to cover annual/sick leave for fellow part time colleague
Key Responsibilities:
· Greeting and checking-in patients
· Scheduling and managing appointments
· Answering patient enquiries in person, over the phone, or via email
· Processing patient payments, including Medicare rebates
· Accurately maintaining patient records
Requirements:
· Excellent customer service skills
· Friendly and professional demeanour
· High level of communication and interpersonal skills
· High level of attention to detail
· Proficient computer skills for managing appointments and patient records
Desirable but not necessary:
· Experience as a Medical Receptionist
· Previous use of medical software - Clinic to Cloud
