Elite Spinal Physiotherapy and Pilates is Sydney’s premiere spine and headache treatment centre.
Our business now includes a boutique clinic located in Circular Quay, in addition to our locations in Bondi Junction and South Yarra.
We are seeking professional, enthusiastic and friendly Receptionists to join us during this exciting time of growth.

Elite Spinal Physiotherapy and Pilates is seeking part-time and Casual Receptionist/administrator to join our team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide world class service to our valued clients
- Facilitate the desks at our reception, including welcoming clients and taking payments
- Answer and respond to a high volume of telephone calls and emails
- Book appointments
- General administration to support both patients and team members
- Maintain the presentation of our boutique clinic
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Professional, polished and effective communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure at our busy reception
- Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellence in teamwork
- Eagerness to learn and ability to work with health practice systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous medical experience is highly regarded but not essential
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic professional to join our team at an exciting time of expansion and growth. Whilst initially focused on reception, further career opportunities may arise for the right candidate.
