Customer Service Officer: Cairns Airport
Trident Services Australia is offering an exciting employment opportunity in the Cairns region for a permanent Part-Time Customer Service Officer. The position focuses on creating positive customer experiences when transiting through Cairns Airport, the tourism gateway to the picturesque Cairns.
The successful applicant will be well presented with a strong Customer Service focus and a passion for engaging and assisting people.

The role:
- Providing excellence in Customer Service
- Efficiently managing and greeting customers through a security screening check point
- Assisting customers with divestment or items in preparation for passenger screening
- Utilize excellent verbal communication skills
- Provide positive experiences for persons arriving and departing the terminal environment
Minimum Criteria:
- Customer service experience preferable in a tourism focused environment.
- Self-motivated
- High level of self-confidence and ability to converse with people.
- Well-presented and high level of grooming standards
- Available to work Monday-Sunday
