ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a part-time Billing Officer to support with the Billing and Invoicing across Air and Ocean freight for a multinational freight forwarder.

LOCATION: Tullamarine, VIC 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Invoicing 
• Data entry
• Customer service
• P&L 
• General administration 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Full unrestricted working rights
• Driver's license 
• A background in freight forwarding / logistics
• Experience with desired software

HIGHLY DESIRABLE

• Cargowise experience 

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES 

• High attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organisational skills
• The ability to work under pressure
