Double Balance, a vibrant and rapidly expanding bookkeeping firm catering to clients throughout Australia, is in search of a skilled bookkeeper to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in allowing our director to focus on driving the continuous growth of our company.
We're a tight-knit team, consisting of the director and five long-serving members, and we're looking for someone who can seamlessly integrate into our dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for nurturing strong client relationships while upholding our unwavering dedication to delivering excellence.
This part-time position requires three and a half days of work per week, split between two days at our Mornington office and the flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days.
The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and possess proficiency in Xero, with experience in MYOB and Quickbooks being beneficial.
Responsibilities will involve a comprehensive range of bookkeeping services for our clients, including:
- Managing Accounts Payable
- Handling Accounts Receivable
- Preparing Business Activity Statements
- Overseeing Payroll
- Conducting Reconciliations
- Ensuring Compliance with Regulations
