About the role
The Content Specialist plays a crucial role in developing and executing our content strategy with a strong focus on digital but also on traditional and print platforms. This role the role is responsible for the planning, creation, curation and assessment of digital and offline content used for brand awareness, engagement and other marketing activities.
Key responsibilities;
- Develop and execute a dynamic content strategy that aligns with our mission and goals. Create original content for website, Socials or relevant platform as well as marketing brochures that resonates with our diverse community across a business and consumer audience.
- You will be tasked to move between multiple locations as required to capture social media content with a mobile phone or video equipment
- Ensure publishing of engaging and SEO-friendly content, including articles, blog posts, website copy, social media posts and email newsletters
- Support the development of compelling content for advertising campaigns, and work closely with the marketing agencies to integrate these with broader marketing efforts.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with the company’s style guide and voice across all content deliverables.
About you
- Tertiary qualification in marketing and communication
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong content creation experience and happy being hands on.
- Social Media expert
- Proficiency in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite/Canva), video editing (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere), and photography preferred
- Expereince with Hubspot is desirable
