Who are we partnering with?
Our client is an Australian company specialising in heavy haulage trailers. They are seeking a receptionist to join their office in Wacol. This will be a job-share with their current receptionist and you will be required to work 12pm - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will be responsible for the below.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and provide assistance whilst providing an excellent customer / consumer experience;
- Greet visitors to the office, help them sign in, highlight safety requirements and issue visitor tags;
- Assist administration team to look for ways to continuously improve administration processes;
- Assist with any requirements for meetings and events, including catering;
- Ensure adequate supplies of consumables including kitchen and stationary supplies;
- Checking of labour hire and apprentice timesheets and invoices;
- Management of various email accounts and calendar management of Executive team (as required);
- Manage meeting rooms including room bookings, arranging catering, setting rooms as required and clean up as required;
- General office tasks including maintaining staff phone list, tidiness of kitchen and office, managing incoming and outgoing mail, updating databases as required;
- Assisting both internal and external customers with account enquiries;
- Assistance to Sales Administration and broader Administration teams including scanning and filing;
- Assisting accounts teams as required (including banking and petty cash); and
- Ordering and distribution of staff uniforms.
What we are looking for:
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite;
- Driver's License;
- Previous experience with Pronto an advantage but not essential;
- Demonstrated experience in a customer focussed environment;
- Great attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision;
- Ability to deal with subcontractors and suppliers; and
- Ability to multitask.
