As the Receptionist you will be welcoming visitors, managing phone and email enquiries, and setting up meeting rooms. Other tasks include admin, data entry and mail/courier duties. Additionally, you'll support the internal team with any ad hoc tasks or enquiries and ensure the facility is prepared for guests.

- Monday 08:00am-1:00pm
Tuesday 11:00am-8:30pm
Wednesday 4:00pm-8:30pm

- Relevant experience in reception, concierge or other relevant roles like customer service, call centre, or administration
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, are a must
- Comfortable using MS Office
- Adaptability and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and efficient organisational skills
