Part Time Receptionist

At Midland Podiatry we are currently looking for a friendly receptionist to join our existing dynamic team, one who will provide exceptional customer service!

• Intermediate MS office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
• Preferable experience in Cliniko program but not essential 
• Reception experience in an Allied Health Clinic is preferred but not essential 

  In this role you will require to - 

• Welcoming patients and visitors to our clinic 
• Answering incoming phone calls, answering queries (including email queries)  
• Booking, rescheduling and confirming patient appointments 
• Maintain and update patient electronic records with confidentiality at all times  
• Billing and processing payments using medical software 
• Liaising with Medical Centre's, Medicare, DVA and third parties 
• Sterilisation of podiatry equipment 
• Providing assistance to the Practice Manager 
• Maintaining a clean and calm reception/waiting area 
• Assisting in tidying up consult rooms and general cleaning duties 

The position consists of approximately 20- 23hours per week. It will also require some flexibility to cover sick, annual leave as well as special leave requirements for other team members. Onsite training will be provided.
