Currently, we have a fabulous part-time opportunity available, within our Balmain office, for a positive and professional individual who prides themselves on providing high levels of customer service and is looking to work for a boutique brand.
If you have experience in Reception/Administration, have excellent verbal and written communication skills then this role may be for you.
Key duties and requirements include (but not limited to):
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Taking telephone calls
- Ordering stationery and weekly groceries
- Keeping the reception area and meeting rooms tidy
- Compiling weekly reports
- Booking of meeting rooms
- Updating our window display
- Maintaining a key register
- Monitoring property and strata email mailboxes
- General administration assistance
This position requires the successful candidate to be available every Thursday and Friday, from 8.30am to 5.00pm.
