Our client has a fresh, holistic approach to Strata Management that service requirements of owners within premium residential and commercial schemes. Rapidly expanding, you will be working alongside an experienced director, they are seeking a Part Time Strata Manager or consultant.
The Role:
This is a unique role that will be dependent on the candidates experience. They are seeking either a contractor, Part Time Strata Manager or someone that can assist with after hour meetings. Their portfolios are predominantly residential and are situated in Sydney's Inner West and Western Suburbs. Your day to day duties will include but are not limited to:

• Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
• Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
• After hour meetings are essential
• Prepare agendas
• Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
• Support from the director

The Candidate:

• Must be an experienced Strata Manager
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task
• Have a high level of computer skills
• This role is perfect for someone which is highly knowledge-able in strata & strong at actioning tasks
