An exciting full-time opportunity exists within our award-winning Subaru dealership as a parts Interpreter/ Service Administrator, working Monday to Friday.
Located just 2 hours south of Perth in the heart of the Southwest, our busy Subaru
dealership has been locally owned and operated by the same family for over 15 years.
The successful applicant will be reporting to the Service/Parts Manager, this role also supports the Parts & Service departments by ensuring a high level of customer service to both internally and externally when performing duties including but not limited to:
• Providing excellent customer service and experiences.
• Liaise with customers both retail and trade through face to face, phone and online enquiries.
• Parts and Panel quotes
• Confidently discuss Parts/service specifics with customers.
• Provide support to the Parts/Service Department as required.
Our Preferred candidate will ideally have:
• Previous Parts or Service experience preferred but not required.
• Previous experience with DMS Units Preferred but not required
• Be well presented.
• Has an excellent work ethic.
• Has a Current Drivers Licence.
• The ability to work unsupervised and use initiative.
• Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is committed to building a successful career.
• Be able to provide a current police clearance.
