The files are highly complex, interesting, and challenging and do not "rinse and repeat" processing. You will need excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour to liaise with clients and organize these busy and demanding individuals.
You will be appreciated and rewarded highly for your efforts and also have a team of support staff to bounce off.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diary management
- General administrative support to the partners and lawyers
- Managing confidential firm information and opening new matters
- Inputting and maintaining client data into client relationship software
- Ensuring emails and calls are answered efficiently and professionally
- Managing the monthly billing process
- Assisting with client queries
