Job description

I am working with a large national Australian firm that is looking for a calm, organized, capable secretary to join their property team. Working in one of the largest property teams in Melbourne the culture is busy, energetic, and enthusiastic.
  
The files are highly complex, interesting, and challenging and do not "rinse and repeat" processing. You will need excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour to liaise with clients and organize these busy and demanding individuals.
  
You will be appreciated and rewarded highly for your efforts and also have a team of support staff to bounce off.
  
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Diary management
  • General administrative support to the partners and lawyers
  • Managing confidential firm information and opening new matters
  • Inputting and maintaining client data into client relationship software
  • Ensuring emails and calls are answered efficiently and professionally
  • Managing the monthly billing process
  • Assisting with client queries
