We are looking for a qualified Early Childhood Teacher, Lead Educator & Assistant Educators to join our team Logan Central 5 days per week. Our Centre is loaded with resources and a talented team that love to learn and grow just as much as the children we care for.
The successful Lead Educator/Assistant Educator applicant will possess the following attributes:
Minimum of Diploma in Children's Services & Cert 3 or working towards, and have the following;
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- A thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework including; Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline, and be confident at the implementation of Kindergarten programs
- Experience in the childcare industry is desirable
- A current Blue Card or Exemption.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificate OR be willing to obtain.
- Ability to work independently to lead the Kindergarten class, and ability to work as part of a team with passionate and dedicated professionals.
- An established personal pedagogy that supports the growth of children as individuals
- Prior knowledge, experience or training in delivering Nature Play or Bush Kindy opportunities is desirable, but not essential.
