About us
We are a local bakery located in regional area of New South Wales, called Bermagui. We have been known in over 10years with our lovely pastries such as breads, pies, sausages rolls, quiches, ect. Additionally, we also provides some sweets, desserts, coffee, salad rolls made. With the growth of this town, we are having more visitors and also more people tend to move here for living, therefore, we are looking for more individuals to join our team!
Qualifications & experience
- At least Certificate 3 in Patisserie
- At least 2years working in Australia
Tasks & responsibilities
- Measuring and mixing ingredients and cake batters
- Icing and decorating cakes
- Preaparing, glazing, filling of cake slices and pastries
- Maintain good level of cleanliness and OH&HS requirements
- Prepare and finishproducts for orders and display
- Order supplies and monitor stock levels
