About the Role We are seeking vibrant and self-motivated people to join our Specialist Clinics Team. As a Patient Services Clerk, you will bring your strong customer service skills, as well as excellent organisational and communication skills to this busy work environment.Provide efficient and effective administration support
Attend to incoming telephone enquires from patients and GP’s
Assist with managing referrals for Specialist ClinicsMaintain strong professional working relationships with Nursing, Allied Health and Medical staff in clinics
Classifications for this position will range from HS1 - HS17 ($58,442 - $63,138 per annum pro rata).Your Contribution Computer skills and knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Minimum year 12 VCE/HSC or equivalent
Commitment to a patient centred care environment, with a strong focus on customer service
Ability to work independently
Current National Criminal History Check, or willing to obtain
