As a Payment Officer, your main duties are to investigate and resolve outstanding payment requests enquired from NDIS providers and NDIS participants, you will also answer a high-volume of calls and provide operational and administrative support. You will work with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment enquiries including outbound telephony duties. Employer is seeking customer focused individuals with effective communication skills, the prefer a structured work environment.
As you will be working from home, you must have a private, safe and secure work from home space with internet connection. You must be an Australian Citizen, and be able to satisfy a pre-employment identity and background check and undergo a National Police Check. Must have a minimum of 2 Covid19 Vaccinations.
Candidates must be patient conscientious cooperative preference for detailed skill-based work .
