About The Role
Reporting to the GM - Rental Operations, the role is based in Northgate working with a team to manage the day to day operations and ensures that the overall financial health of the business is supported through the effective delivery of the financial and administration requirements of the organization.
The tasks required for this role are:
- Process all fines received prior to dates specified on the notices
- Process tolls and charge guests
- Respond to all queries relating to fines management
- Process registration of new vehicles
Skills and experience
- A minimum of two years’ experience in office administration
- Very good verbal, numerical and clerical abilities.
- Good communication and internal and external customer service skills
- Demonstrable systems abilities and a high level of computer literacy including intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
