The Position:
We are actively seeking a Payroll Administratorto join our Corporate office located at Perth Airport.

Responsibilities/Duties:
- Data entry of new employees, leave salary sacrifice and other payroll transactions
- Maintaining employee records
- Performing data and information checks for compliance
- Electronic Filing of employee records
- Processing of third party payments
- Providing administrative assistance to the payroll department as required
- Responding to employee enquiries in a timely manner
- Preparing and issuing earnings statements
Requirements:
- Candidates must have at least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role
- Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and understand basic formulas
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- An appreciation of privacy, confidentiality, and compliance with laws, regulations, and standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
