An opportunity for an experienced Administrator with payroll experience to join a leading client has become available.
This is a temporary, ongoing opportunity which could lead to a permanent position for the successful applicant. Working as part of a small established team, you will support the daily running of the payroll function where you duties will include: Supporting end to end payroll function for approx. 2000 employees Processing starters and leavers Processing salaries and standard allowances Change of Conditions, terminations and incentive payments.
Ensure compliance with relevant Federal and State legislation Administration and reconciliation of employee leave entitlements as well as employee deductions including payments to external parties Responding to employee queries in an efficient and timely manner. Administration of employee superannuation in accordance with relevant legislation Maintaining confidentiality of payroll data with respect to privacy legislation Ad hoc duties as required Requirements Previous administration experience within payroll Excellent time management and communication skills
