K&S Freighters, an ASX listed Australian owned and operated Company, have been providing transport and logistics solutions for over 70 years and operate in many locations throughout Australia including WA. We currently have a contract based in Kwinana that requires the services of a professional, skilled administrator until October 31st.
If you consider yourself to be a bit of a go getter and have previous accounts experience, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Complete all data entry requirements daily
- Various reporting for branch / customer requirements
- Manifesting & review of driver run sheets
- Driver timesheet entry across multiple awards
- Weekly Invoicing & ad-hoc procurement
- Ensuring all payroll data entered is correct and within deadlines
- Assist with compliance administration
- Ensuring the integrity of documents, data entry and other operational paperwork
Below are essential:
- At least 3 years in an accounts/payroll position
- Good level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and quick learner
- Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise, and work under pressure
- Ability to work autonomously
- Own transport
