AddressReed Mining is looking to welcome a confident and driven Payroll Officer to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. This will be an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate, well driven and has a willingness to develop and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Financial Controller.
To be considered for this role, it would be advantageous to have a minimum of 3+ years of work experience as a Payroll Officer/ Accounts Officer or similar.
This is a very important role within our organisation and you will be responsible for and must demonstrate the following:
- Accounts payable and receivable experience
- Payroll experience
- Strong time management skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- A high level of professionalism and integrity, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Problem solving ability.
- Good phone etiquette and written communication skills.
- Experience with MYOB accounting software or similar systems.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures with a focus on confidentiality
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Proficient computing skills using spreadsheets, word processing, internet browsing, email accounting and payroll software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to form good working relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Exemplary work ethic and a positive, friendly, can-do attitude
- Current Driver’s Licence
